Recommendation:      The Commission voted to recommend that the Town provide funding for the Hillsborough Street neighborhood National Register expansion.

Issues Raised:          

                                    The Hillsborough Street neighborhood (Franklin-Rosemary Historic local district) request for full funding from the Town. The Commission voted to recommend that the Council set aside $10,000 to fund district expansion.
