SUBJECT:	Informal Paths in the Town of Chapel Hill

We value informal paths to promote connectivity between and within neighborhoods.  There are currently no guidelines or an identified lead department to address this issue.

Therefore, we recommend that the Town Council identify a lead department and establish Guidelines regarding informal paths.
