AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING NO PARKING AS TO PARTICULAR STREETS (2008-01-14/O-1)

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:

Section 1.  Section 21-27 of the Town Code of Ordinances, “No parking as to particular streets” is hereby amended by adding the following:

“Street	Side	From	To
New Stateside Drive	North	A point 250 feet south of New Parkside Drive	A point 615 feet south of New Parkside Drive
New Stateside Drive	South	A point 315 feet south of New Parkside Drive	A point 430 feet south of New Parkside Drive”

Section 2.  This Ordinance shall become effective on February 4, 2008.
