A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER TO PROCEED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND A BIDDING PROCESS FOR THE CHAPEL HILL PUBLIC LIBRARY EXPANSION PROJECT (2008-01-14/R-12)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that it authorizes the Town Manager to proceed with the development of construction documents, to apply for all needed permits, and to seek bids for construction of the Chapel Hill Public Library Expansion project.
