SUBJECT:	Development Application: Estates at Oxford Subdivision
DATE:	January 8, 2008

The Commission, after a review of this project by the developer, unanimously approved the project as shown below.

Development Application – Bradley Ridge Cluster Subdivision:  Warren Mitchell, civil engineer of the Bradley Ridge Cluster Subdivision, presented plans for recreation space within the subdivision.  The Commission voted unanimously (10-0) to recommend Resolution A with the addition of a 20 foot greenway corridor between recreation areas one and two, the location of which is to be determined by the Town Manager.

 Present: Terry Blalock, Chair; Faith Nager, Vice-Chair; Betsey Anderson; Neal Bench, Eugene Farrar, Doug Heilig, Joey Jetevu, Diane VandenBroek, Pete Schwartz and  Raymond Wong. 

Absent: Joan Guilkey.  A quorum was present.
