Subject:                       Estates at Oxford Subdivision Preliminary Plat

Meeting Date:           December 4, 2007

Recommendation:      That the Council adopts Resolution A, as attached to the Staff Report, approving the subdivision with the following conditions:

• That the requirement for sidewalks along the proposed internal street and Woodward Way (Stipulation #5: Sidewalk Improvements) is deleted.

• That the text requiring maintenance of the sidewalks in stipulation #6 (Public Improvements) is deleted.

• That the text in Stipulation #11 (Landscape Bufferyard Maintenance and Ownership) is revised to allow Lot 3 and Lot 4 to retain ownership of the bufferyard areas (in lieu of ownership by the Homeowners Association).
