SUBJECT:	Development Application: Estates at Oxford Subdivision

The Commission, after a review of this project by the developer, unanimously approved the project as shown below.

Development Application – Estates at Oxford Subdivision:  Andy Green presented information about the Estates at Oxford Subdivision.  The Commission voted unanimously (10-0) to recommend the adoption of Resolution A.

Present: Terry Blalock, Chair; Faith Nager, Vice-Chair; Betsey Anderson; Neal Bench, Eugene Farrar, Doug Heilig, Joey Jetevu, Diane VandenBroek, Pete Schwartz and  Raymond Wong. 

Absent: Joan Guilkey.  A quorum was present.
