A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN TOWN OF CHAPEL HILL PERSONNEL TO sign, act, perform transactions, and FULFILL OUTSTANDING BANKING OBLIGATIONS on behalf of the Town of Chapel Hill (2008-01-28/R-7)

WHEREAS, the Town of Chapel Hill requires banking services from banking institutions in the Town; and

WHEREAS, the Town has determined that the following should be Authorized Representatives with the authority to execute all appropriate documents for the Town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina on any or all bank accounts established on behalf of the Town with banking institutions:

Roger L. Stancil	Town Manager
Florentine A. Miller	Deputy Town Manager
Bruce A. Heflin	Assistant Town Manager
Kenneth C. Pennoyer	Business Management Director
Jeanne B. Tate	Financial Reporting Manager

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the above listed personnel are hereby authorized to sign, act, perform transactions, and otherwise fulfill the requirements of outstanding banking obligations on behalf of the Town of Chapel Hill.
