SUBJECT:	Concept Plan: Columbia Street Annex at 1150 South Columbia Street
DATE:	February 18, 2008

PURPOSE

Tonight, the Council considers a Concept Plan for the Columbia Street Annex. Four buildings are proposed at the northwest intersection of South Columbia Street and Fordham Blvd.

The attached memorandum for the Concept Plan proposal includes background information on the Concept Plan process, the applicant’s materials, and additional related information. 

We recommend that the Council consider the Concept Plan, and adopt the attached Resolution transmitting comments to the applicant.
