Concept Plan:  P. H. Craig Parking Facilities at The Courtyard (431 W. Franklin Street)

PURPOSE

 

Tonight, the Council considers a Concept Plan to modify The Courtyard Special Use Permit to adjust the boundary of the Special Use Permit and authorize separate parking areas of approximately .5 acres. The site is located between South Roberson Street and Basnight Lane behind The Courtyard development. A new curb-cut is proposed on South Roberson Street.

 

The attached memorandum for the Concept Plan proposal includes background information on the Concept Plan process, the applicant’s materials, and additional related information. 

 

We recommend that the Council consider the Concept Plan, and adopt the attached Resolution transmitting comments to the applicant.
