SUBJECT:	Development Application: Bradley Ridge Cluster Subdivision
DATE:	January 23, 2008

The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to recommend adoption of Resolution A with the following additional recommendation:

The developer should provide a greenway corridor across the entire northern property line that would allow a trail connection directly to Sunrise Road. This corridor should also link directly to the street system of the subdivision.

Commission members voting yes were:  Glenn Parks (Chair), Jim Earnhardt (Vice Chair), Chris Berndt, Mary Ann Freedman, Gary Galloway, and Reed Huegerich    Absent: Mary Blake   A quorum was present.
