Town’s Fiscal Condition
Diversify revenue sources
consistent with Town values to reduce pressure on residential property tax;
identify and pursue internal operating efficiencies; and develop a strategic
financial plan for long-term sustainability.

on services/costs/revenues with county, towns, & UNC-CH
