Recommendation:	That the Council adopt Resolution A included as Attachment (3) to the February 5, 2008 Staff Report.
	Vote: 8-0 Ayes: Perri Morgan, Jed Dube, Kate Millard, Brian Decker, Ray Magyar, Linda Gaines, Doug MacLean, and Douglas Wilson.
Discussion:	That the bicycle parking facility (inverted “u”) conform with the design manual and meets code That staff explores possible bicycle and pedestrian connections to the north of the site on Rt. 15-501.
