MEMORANDUM
SUBJECT: Appointment to Planning Board
DATE: March 4, 2008
The Board heard statements from applicants being considered for appointment. The Board only considered those applicants who had shown enough interest in serving on the Board to have come to one of three or more meetings at which they were offered the opportunity to discuss their interest in serving with the current members. The Board members voted for their top two applicants by ballot (PDF). The votes were distributed as indicated:
John Macowiak -6
Del Snow -4
Carl Schuler -2
The Board recommended that the Council take their vote into consideration for appointing new Planning Board Members.
