A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDERS UP TO A TOTAL OF $485,000 FOR THE SOUTHERN COMMUNITY PARK PROJECT WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COUNCIL ACTION. (2008-04-14/R-9)

WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill amended the budget in order to provide $130,000 in additional funding for the Southern Community Park project, and

WHEREAS, the Council had previously authorized the Manager to approve up to $355,000 in change orders for the project,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council that the Town Manager is authorized to approve change orders up to a total of $485,000 without additional Council action.
