SUBJECT:	Development Application: Residences at Grove Park Special Use Permit
DATE:	February 20, 2008

The Commission voted unanimously (8-0) to recommend that the Council adopt Resolution A.

The Commission also voted unanimously (8-0) to recommend that the applicant be required to provide a safe and orderly system of public pedestrian paths and sidewalks that would have a no negative impacts on adjacent neighbors.

Present: Terry Blalock, Chair; Faith Nager, Vice-Chair; Betsey Anderson, Doug Heilig, Raymond Wong, Neal Bench,  Diane VandenBroek , Joey Jetevu and Pete Schwartz. A quorum was present.

Absent: Eugene Farrar and Joan Guilkey
