SUBJECT:	Amendments to Council Calendar
DATE:	April 28, 2008

The purpose of this memorandum is to recommend that the Council amend its meeting calendar. Adoption of the attached resolution would do so.

The Council currently has a Budget Work Session scheduled for Wednesday, May 7 at 5:30 p.m. We are requesting that the meeting time be changed to 4 p.m.

The Council has scheduled a Legislative Breakfast for Monday, May 5, 2008 at 7:30 a.m. at a location to be determined. We are requesting that this meeting be added to the Council calendar.

Adoption of the attached resolution would amend the Council’s calendar to reflect these changes.
