SUBJECT:	Use of Payment in Lieu of Recreation Space Funds
DATE:	March 19, 2008

The Commission voted unanimously (8-0) to recommend that the Council allocate $46,368 in payment-in-lieu of recreation space funds received from the Terrace Townhomes project on Hillsborough Street to be used, in the following priority order:

• Replace the majority of the internal paths at Community Center Park
• Repair sections of pavement on the Bolin Creek Trail
• Repair a persistent drainage problem on the Bolin Creek Trail.

Present: Terry Blalock, Chair; Faith Nager, Vice-Chair; Betsey Anderson, Doug Heilig, Raymond Wong, Neal Bench,  Diane VandenBroek , Joey Jetevu and Pete Schwartz. A quorum was present.

Absent: Eugene Farrar and Joan Guilkey
