A RESOLUTION TO INVITE THE RESIDENTS OF THE GLEN LENNOX AREA TO DEMONSTRATE WITH A PETITION THAT 51% OF PROPERTY OWNERS SEEK TO INITIATE PHASE ONE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD CONSERVATION DISTRICT PROCESS FOR THE GLEN LENNOX/OAKWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD (2008-04-28/R-9)

BE IT RESOLVED that the Council has considered a citizen petition of March 17, 2008, to designate the Glen Lennox neighborhood as a Neighborhood Conservation District and determined that in order to measure neighborhood support for the initiation of the Neighborhood Conservation District process, a petition should be submitted by the residents of the area identifying the proposed district boundaries and demonstrating that 51% of the property owners within the proposed boundary seek to initiate Phase One of the Neighborhood Conservation District.
