A RESOLUTION REFERRING COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS FROM THE COUNCIL AND CITIZENS CONCERNING THE CONCEPT PLAN FOR THE DRY CREEK GREENWAY TRAIL TO THE MANAGER AND GREENWAYS COMMISSION (2008-05-05/R-1)

A RESOLUTION REFERRING COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS FROM THE COUNCIL AND CITIZENS CONCERNING THE CONCEPT PLAN FOR THE DRY CREEK GREENWAY TRAIL TO THE MANAGER AND GREENWAYS COMMISSION (2008-05-05/R-1)

WHEREAS, the Council has accepted and referred the Concept Plan for the Dry Creek Greenway Trail; and

WHEREAS, the Council held a public hearing on May 5, 2008 and received comments, questions, and suggestions from the public; and

WHEREAS, the Council provided direction, questions, and comments,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council refers information, questions, and comments received at the May 5, 2008 public hearing concerning the Concept Plan for the Dry Creek Greenway Trail to the Greenways Commission and the Manager for further comment.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council authorizes the Manager to schedule a continuation of the public hearing on June 9, 2008.
