AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING ON-STREET PARKING (2008-05-05/O-1)

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:

Section 1.  Section 21-28 of the Town Code of Ordinances, “No parking, miscellaneous regulations.” is hereby amended by adding the following in appropriate alphabetical order:

“(L) Two Hour Limit Parking Except by Residential Permit, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm only

Street Side From To

Berkley Road Both Oakwood Drive Rogerson Drive

Oakwood Drive Both Raleigh Road Berkley Road”

Section 2.  This ordinance shall become effective June 2, 2008.
