SUBJECT:       Manager Evaluation Process

In our evaluation discussions, Council requested that Tim Dempsey and I develop an ongoing process for evaluation of the Town Manager’s performance.  The attached policy reflects the discussions we have had and I believe builds a process that encourages continuous feedback.

I recommend that you [adopt the attached resolution, which would] adopt this policy.
