Dear Council members and Mayor Foy,

 

I write in support of Resolution 8, a resolution to install pedestrian lights in downtown Chapel Hill, near where I live.  In light of the murders this spring in both Durham and Chapel Hill, it is important that the Town of Chapel Hill take all reasonable steps to make our community safer.  Lights and call boxes will be a step in the right direction.
