Subject:                       UNC South Electrical Substation Special Use Permit Modification

Meeting Date:           April 15, 2008

Recommendation:      That the Council adopt Resolution A, as attached to the Staff Report, approving the Special Use Permit Modification with the following condition:

• That the stipulation regarding the landscape bufferyard be revised to clarify that any planting in the landscape bufferyard along the Old Mason Farm Road frontage be approved by and coordinated with OWASA, should the sewer lines on this site along the road frontage be active at the time of planting.
