The Commission voted unanimously (7-0) to recommend that the Council adopt Resolution A.

Commission members voting yes were:  Glenn Parks (Chair), Jim Earnhardt (Vice Chair), Chris Berndt, Mary Blake, Mary Ann Freedman, Gary Galloway, and Reed Huegerich    Absent: none

A quorum was present.
