A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID FROM NORTH AMERICAN BUS INDUSTRIES FOR TWO 60’ HYBRID ELECTRIC ARTICULATED BUSES (2008-05-19/R-2)

WHEREAS, the Town of Chapel Hill has solicited formal bids by legal notice on February 3, 2008 in accordance with G.S. 143-129 for the purchase and delivery of buses, and

WHEREAS, in accordance with the specifications and consideration of life cycle costs; and

WHEREAS, the following bid was received and opened on April 17, 2008:
