A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT FOR AN ACTING TOWN ATTORNEY TO SERVE DURING THE ABSENCE OF THE TOWN ATTORNEY (2008-06-09/R-8)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Town Attorney is authorized to negotiate and enter into a performance agreement on behalf of the Town with an attorney in private practice who shall be authorized to act as the Town Attorney during the temporary absence or unavailability of the Town Attorney.
