A RESOLUTION CONTINUING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE RESIDENCES AT GROVE PARK REVISED REZONING AND THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE RESIDENTIAL-SPECIAL STANDARDS-CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT (2008-06-09/R-19)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council continues the public hearing on the Residences at Grove Park revised Zoning Atlas Amendment application to September 15, 2008; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council continues the public hearing on the Residences at Grove Park Special Use Permit application to October 13, 2008; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council calls a Public Hearing for September 15, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, to consider a text amendment to the Residential-Special Standards-Conditional district.
