Subject:                      Petition requesting a development moratorium along NC 54

Meeting Date:           May 20, 2008

Recommendation:      That the Planning Board supports the petition, presented to the Town Council on May 19, 2008 requesting that the Town Council enact a 1 year moratorium on development along that portion of the NC 54 corridor from Fordham Blvd to the Chapel Hill/Durham County jurisdictional boundary.
