Background:  The attached staff memorandum includes background information on a project ordinance for a 2008-2009 Capital Fund Program in the amount of $578,700. The 2008-2009 Capital Fund Program would include renovations to comply with Section 504 of the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS).

Staff Recommendation(s):  That the Council enact the attached ordinance for the Capital Fund Grant Program in the amount of $578,700.
