Background: On June 25, 2008 the Town Council received a petition and referred it to the Town Manager for review and recommendation. [Attached staff memorandum provides further information.]
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council consider adopting the attached resolution to grant expedited processing for the review of the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools’ Elementary School #11.
