RESOLUTION A

A RESOLUTION TO DELAY ONE OR MORE AGENDA ITEMS FROM THE SEPTEMBER 17 PUBLIC HEARING UNTIL THE OCTOBER 20 PUBLIC HEARING (2008-09-08-R-10)

WHEREAS, the September 17, 2008 public hearing agenda has a large number of items on it;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that one of the following agenda items on the September 17, 2008 Council Public Hearing agenda shall be delayed to the October 20, 2008 Public Hearing:
