That the Council deny the application for a Master Land Use Plan with the adoption of Resolution B included as an attachment to the May 6, 2008 Staff Report

Vote:                           7-1

Ayes: Michael Collins, John Ager, Michael Gerhardt, Andrea Rohrbacher, Del Snow, James Stroud, and Judy Weseman

Nay:                            George Cianciolo (Chair)

Reasons:                     Inconsistent with the comprehensive Plan in the areas of transit-oriented design, neighborhood protection and open space protection

Dissent:                       The flexibility of the proposal is unique; would like to see the Council discuss the plan further
