That the Council deny the application for a Special Use Permit with the adoption of Resolution B included as an attachment to the May 6, 2008 Staff Report

Dissent:                      Some attractive aspects of the plan warrant further investigation; would like for the Council to consider flexibility; comfortable with stipulation to revisit the Master Land Use Plan with each phase.
