Title of Agenda Item: Public Hearing: Land Use Management Ordinance Text Amendments – Vehicle and Bicycle Parking Regulations
Background: The attached staff memorandum proposes Land Use Management Ordinance text amendments to vehicle and bicycle parking regulations for various types of developments, and to amend handicap parking requirements to correspond with Americans with Disabilities Act standards.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council open and hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Land Use Management Ordinance text amendments, the Manager’s memorandum, and associated attachments as listed therein.
