RESOLUTION A

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER TO DEVELOP RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PARKING STUDY (2008-10-15/R-19)

WHEREAS, The Town Council desires to see a thriving downtown; and

WHEREAS, the Town Council agreed to fund a Parking Study for Downtown; and

WHEREAS, the Downtown Partnership has overseen the completion of this Study;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Manager should continue to develop recommendations from the Parking Study and bring those recommendations back to the Council for consideration.
