Title of Agenda Item: Public Forum on the Sidewalk Construction Program
Background: The purpose of tonight’s public forum is to review the Town Sidewalk Construction Program and receive comments from the Town Council and the public.
The attached staff memorandum includes background information on the 2006-2007 Sidewalk Construction Program and proposes a process and schedule for developing the 2008-2009 Construction Program.
Staff Recommendation(s): Staff recommends taking comments received from the Town Council, advisory boards, and the public, and draft a list of sidewalk projects to be considered for construction during the fiscal year.
