A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED USER FEE SCHEDULE FOR ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT (2008-10-15/R-6)

WHEREAS, the Town Council approved a fee schedule for Engineering Department on June 9, 2008; and

WHEREAS, the Council received a revised fee schedule for Engineering Department with the following changes:

• Charging a $15.00 fee for Cemetery plot ownership transfer
• Charging $10.00 fee for copy of a Cemetery section map
• Clarifying that a sidewalk closure permit is treated as lane closure permit for construction purposes and lane closure fees applied to a sidewalk closure permit

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts, effective October 15, 2008, the attached user fee policies and schedules as submitted by the Town Manager on October 15, 2008 for Engineering Department:
