Title of Agenda Item: Allocation of Funds to Complete the Transit Payment-in-Lieu Implementation Study
Background: The attached staff memorandum provides an update on the process to develop a payment in lieu for public transportation improvements and requests Council authorization to allocate $10,000 from budgeted funds designated for consulting services.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council adopt the attached Ordinance allocating $10,000 for the completion of the Transit Payment-in-Lieu Implementation Study.
