Title of Agenda Item: Budget Ordinance for Southern Community Park
Background: The attached memorandum proposes using $120,000 in existing capital funds to provide for a playground, landscaping, and signage at the town’s new Southern Community Park. Funds would come from $91,112 in interest earnings, $10,000 from the Upper Booker Creek Trail project, and $18,888 in revenues received from the Siena Hotel for parking leases.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council enact the attached budget ordinance to provide $120,000 for the Southern Community Park project.
