Background: The attached staff memoranda include background information on a petition received by the Town Council on September 8, 2008 from Mr. Michael Brader-Araje requesting a variance from Town Code 7-56 (Non-Residential Sprinkler Requirements) on a building renovation project proposed at 109-111 E. Franklin Street.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council consider the attached reports and take no action to modify the sprinkler requirements for this project.
