Title of Agenda Item: Proposal to Extend a Lease of a Portion of the Hargraves Recreation Center to Holmes Child Care, Inc.
Background: The attached resolution would authorize the Manager to execute a two-year lease extension with Holmes Child Care, Inc. for approximately 3,850 square feet of space in the basement of the Hargraves Recreation Center, 216 N. Roberson Street.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council adopt the attached resolution that would authorize the Manager to execute a two year lease extension agreement with Holmes Child Care, Inc.
