A RESOLUTION CONTINUING PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER THE RESIDENCES AT GROVE PARK ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT AND SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS (2008-10-27/R-8)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council continues the public hearings on the Residences at Grove Park Zoning Atlas Amendment and Special Use Permit applications to November 10, 2008.
