subject: Recommendation for the Greenways Commission vacancy

Recommendation: The Greenways Commission met on May 28, 2008 and by a unanimous (5-0) vote made the following recommendation(s) to the Town Council for consideration:

• Sherry Graham, Appointment, Regular

Special Request(s): No comment

Background: In May 2008 the Commission voted (5-0) to recommend the reappointment of Commission members Jim Earnhardt for a one year extension and Mary Blake for a second three-year term.  At that time the Commission learned of a possible future resignation and voted to recommend Sherry Graham as a new Commission member in such an event. Subsequently Commission member Reed Huegerich announced his resignation creating the current vacancy.
