Title of Agenda Item: Reschedule Continuation of Public Hearings: Residences at Grove Park Zoning Atlas Amendment and Special Use Permit Applications and Residential-Special Standards-Conditional Text Amendment
Background: The attached memorandum includes background information on a proposal to continue the Residences at Grove Park Zoning Atlas Amendment and Special Use Permit applications and to reschedule the Residential-Special Standards-Conditional District text amendment to November 24, 2008.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council adopt the attached resolution, which continues the public hearings for the Residences at Grove Park Zoning Atlas Amendment and Special Use Permit Applications from November 10, 2008 to November 24, 2008 and reschedules the Residential-Special Standards-Conditional District text amendment from December 8, 2008 to November 24, 2008.
