A RESOLUTION CONTINUING PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER THE RESIDENCES AT GROVE PARK ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT AND SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND RESCHEDULE THE RESIDENTAL-SPECIAL STANDARDS-CONDITIONAL DISTRICT TEXT AMENDMENT (2008-11-10/R-4)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council continues the public hearings on the Residences at Grove Park Zoning Atlas Amendment and Special Use Permit applications to November 24, 2008 and reschedules the continuation of the Residential-Special Standards-Conditional text amendment from December 8, 2008 to November 24, 2008.
