Title of Agenda Item: The Peoples Channel 2007-08 Annual Report.
Background: The Peoples Channel has submitted through Executive Director Chad Johnston its Annual Report to the Town of Chapel Hill for Fiscal Year 2007-08. The performance agreement between the Town of Chapel Hill and the Peoples Channel requires that The Peoples Channel provide the Town an annual report. We believe that the Peoples Channel Annual Report for FY2007-08 meets the requirements of the performance agreement.
Staff Recommendation(s): that the Council receive The Peoples Channel 2007-08 Annual Report.
