A RESOLUTION TO FUND THE CULBRETH PARK MAINTENANCE PROGRAM WITH THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING FUND AND TO GRANT APPROVAL FOR RENOVATION EXPENDITURES IN THIS PROGRAM THAT EXCEED $40,000 (2008-11-10/R-7)

WHEREAS, the Town Council has established the Culbreth Park Maintenance Program to assist the eight remaining Culbreth Park homeowners with maintenance expenses for their homes;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council approves the use of the Affordable Housing Fund for this entire program at a budget not to exceed the Land Trust estimate of $292,405; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council approves renovation expenditures within the Culbreth Park Maintenance Program that exceed $40,000.
