SUBJECT:      Resolution to Amend the Council Calendar

 

DATE:            December 8, 2008

 

The purpose of this memorandum is to recommend that the Council amend its meeting calendar. The Council and UNC Trustees have scheduled work sessions on the Carolina North Development.  The dates include: 

 

Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Extraordinary Ventures, 200 S. Elliott Road.

Wednesday, February 11, 2009 7:00 p.m. Extraordinary Ventures, 200 S. Elliott Road.

Wednesday, March 11, 2009 7:00 p.m. Extraordinary Ventures, 200 S. Elliott Road.

Wednesday, April 22, 2009 7:00 p.m. Extraordinary Ventures, 200 S. Elliott Road.

Thursday, May 21, 2009 7:00 p.m. Extraordinary Ventures, 200 S. Elliott Road. 

 

Adoption of the attached resolution would amend the Council’s calendar to reflect the additional meetings.
