Title of Agenda Item: Authorization to Contract with an Artist for the Greenways Trails Extension Art Project
Background: The attached staff memorandum includes background information on the process for selecting an artist for the Greenways art project leading to the resolution.
Fiscal Note: $50,000 in Percent for Art project funds have been set aside for this project by Parks and Recreation in accordance with Percent for Art Ordinance.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council adopt the resolution to authorize the Town Manager to contract with the selected artist for the Greenways project.
